CEO – Founder
With over 20 years of hands-on experience building drone systems, Mohammad leads Skyscouter’s strategy, defence partnerships, and growth across commercial and government markets. A serial entrepreneur with ventures spanning autonomous UAV systems and environmental technology, he has driven Skyscouter from prototype to two active DND program selections – IDEaS Counter-UAS Sandbox and the ISC Attritable Interceptors challenge. He operates at the intersection of frontier hardware, defence procurement, and capital formation.
CTO
Amir is the technical architect behind Skyscouter’s autonomous systems, translating complex defence requirements into reliable, flying hardware. With deep expertise across embedded systems, flight control, and AI-driven autonomy, he bridges the gap between cutting-edge research and real-world deployment. He is the engineering force that keeps Skyscouter’s platforms ahead of the threat.
Engineering Lead
Parham is the backbone of Skyscouter’s engineering execution, leading hardware, firmware, and machine vision development across the platform. From embedded systems and flight controller integration to real-time computer vision pipelines, he turns architectural concepts into field-ready systems. He leads a hands-on engineering team and brings the technical rigour that keeps Skyscouter’s autonomous capabilities sharp and deployment-ready.

Machine Vision Engineer
Ali drives the perception layer of Skyscouter’s autonomous systems, specializing in image processing and AI model training. With a strong foundation in computer vision, he develops and refines the detection and classification models that enable Skyscouter’s platforms to identify and track aerial threats in real time. His work sits at the core of what makes Skyscouter’s autonomy credible – turning raw sensor data into actionable intelligence.
Drone Pilot
Mohammad is Skyscouter’s drone pilot, bringing hands-on flight expertise across commercial and operational UAV missions. With deep practical knowledge of drone systems in real-world environments, he bridges the gap between engineering development and field deployment — ensuring Skyscouter’s platforms perform reliably when it counts. His operational experience directly informs how the team designs, tests, and refines its autonomous systems.
Sky Scouter designs and manufactures distinctive, highly efficient Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and aerial equipment.
